Central Promotion and Title Change Examinations for the year 2024 will be held. Within the framework of the Regulation on Promotion and Title Change for Personnel of Higher Education Upper Organizations and Higher Education Institutions", appointments will be made through the Council of Higher Education to the positions whose class, title, unit, grade, number and qualifications have been announced, by means of the Promotion and Title Change Examination. The date, place and time of the examination will be announced later. 

Applicants are required to apply between 20.05.2024-31.05.2024, taking into account the conditions specified in Articles 6, 7, 8, 9 and 11 of the aforementioned Regulation and Articles 45, 68 and 76 of Civil Servants Law No. 657. Announced to all administrative staff (including those on unpaid leave, as well as those using leaves granted pursuant to the relevant legislation).
